Praise the Lord.
I am Fr. Gino Mathias, 47 from the
southernmost tip of India, 52 months old in
Canada.
Fort Frances is my second assignment in the
Diocese of Thunder Bay after Marathon,
Manitouwadge, Pic River and Pic Mobert.
I like to be with you and pray for you all. Animating
and coordinating all the activities of our church
besides praying, preaching the word of God and
administering all the sacraments will be my ministry
here.
Basically, a sportsman, I like to play badminton,
soccer, pickleball, cricket, table tennis and tennis.
Thanks to the faithful of Manitouwadge, I now
know snowshoeing, hiking and fishing.
I will be in the office everyday after the mass until
11:30 am. Please feel free to come and visit me.
